Payment Questions

You can use any credit or debit card. We use PayPal to process our payments, but you don’t have to have a PayPal account. At registration on the GoToTraining website you will be sent to a secure PayPal page for payment processing.

Questions About The Course

Unfortunately you won’t be able to be heard during class. The only voice heard will be the instructor. All attendees phones will be muted. Use the handy chat feature for questions.

Our Distance Coaching process starts once you’ve completed the course and allows you to provide us with a video or audio recording of a presentation you presented. I will review and provide you with a complete report of what you did well and areas where you might improve. This one-two punch of training followed by coaching is the most effective way to improve.

Absolutely. There is a chat area where you can submit questions. We will try to get all of them answered, either during or after class.

We use GoToTraining. You will receive an email containing instructions on how to join the training. GoToTraining is the #1 ranked online training program and part of the GoToMeeting suite of online products from Citrix.

Technical Questions

No, thats not necessary. The audio can be heard from your computer or device speakers. Make sure you test your connection prior to class time. There will be a phone number you can call to hear the audio if you chose. It will not be a toll free number. The confirmation email you receive will have links to system requirements and to test your connection.

Yes. But make sure you test compatibility prior to class starting time. Your confirmation email will have links to test your connection and information on System Requirements and links to download the mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Make sure to do this prior to class time and join the class early enough so you don’t miss anything.
